The KHYF was founded in 2006 to spread the teachings of Viniyoga® across the globe. On the KHYF website you can read more about Professor T Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar and their contributions. Here you will also find the KHYF bookshop, which sells a beautiful range of books written by T Krishnamacharya, TKV Desikachar and Dr Kausthub Desikachar, as well as the Mantravalli chanting books we use in our lessons.

Viniyoga Singapore is an affiliate school of the KHYF. Visit the website to read about the current trainings being offered by Dr Kausthub and Mrs Menaka Desikachar.
